Hi,

I read on Spring website that most SpringSource certifications require a training from Spring Source or a certified partner. Does that mean
I cannot get the Certificate without getting the training (As self study as we do in most of the Certifications ??).

And what is the cost of the SpringSource exam?

Thanks in advance.

Correct. To make yourself eligible you need to first take up the training. Initially there was another way (called grandfathered approach) but these days training is mandatory. The cost is way too much. Please check the website to get the actual cost in your region. For India it costs Rs. 59, 600. I was thinking to take this up but the the cost held me back ..
