The newly mozilla based Epic browser don't support yahoo mail or vice versa. Which security mechanism yahoo does? Why Epic lacks there? HTTP digest authentication?

I've never heard of "Epic" before, but a quick Googling gave only one hit regarding any problems using it with Yahoo mail -- this thread! So either there actually is no such problem, or no one but you has ever tried it before (certainly a possibility.) Do you have any kind of a reference to the existence of a problem?

Yea, I tried it, and got a error message
Sorry, the all-new Yahoo! Mail does not support your browser.
You can either download a compatible browser or proceed to Yahoo! Mail Classic.

It's likely that Yahoo! Mail is simply sniffing the user agent string and rejecting anything it doesn't recognize. Use a different browser or use "classic" mail.

Go for a "classic" as Bear said. It will be better for you.
Never heard of epic browser either.
