Have you tried searching? Besides that, there's the Struts 2 documentation wiki that has examples, and the example apps included in the download. There is a list of books on JavaRanch's Struts 2 FAQ.

What kind of "quality" are you looking for? The tutorial on the S2 site is minimal but complete, the sample apps demonstrate a wide range of functionality.
