Hi All,
While starting the websphere application application server in the console am able to see the following

ADMU0116I: Tool information is being logged in file
C:\RAD_Installation\runtimes\base_v6\profiles\default\logs\server1\startServer.log
ADMU0128I: Starting tool with the default profile
ADMU3100I: Reading configuration for server: server1
ADMU3200I: Server launched. Waiting for initialization status.
ADMU3000I: Server server1 open for e-business; process id is 3684

But after the port is opened also in the servers tab the server is still under starting state for very long time( 1 day MAX).

I tried creating a new profile but it is not working. But in the same machine am able to start Websphere portal server

I have already gone through this forum for this topic Where one of the solution is to run osgicfginit.bat. I am unable to find that batch file in my installation folder. Kindly tell me how to resolve it or else i need to reinstall RAD

Have you looked into the ffdc folder under logs directory ? It might have a file with some information on whats failing. You have already tried dropping & re-creating profile so reinstalling it may be your only choice.

Have you tried starting the server from DOS Command line?

"But after the port is opened also in the servers tab the server is still under starting state for very long time( 1 day MAX). "

Typical example of lack of memory
