Request To Remove Name

Could you please remove my name or at the very least put my initials for this post. I'm the creator of this post and it was tied to an old email. I'm trying to remove my name off of items on the web. This account was tied to a work email that I no longer have access to. If you be so kind to just remove the article or just replace my first and last name with initials I would be very grateful.
