i would like to download the full api of javase6 in oracle website
but i coudn't..can anyone give the particular link to download the javase6 api

By that if you mean JDK then you can download it from here
If you are talking about the "source", you can find a src.zip along with the JDK6 download.

I am also try to refer the API doc online but the links are not working. I opened the java.sun.com site from there try to navigate to the java doc page but that is also not working. Can any one tell the actual url?

You should find the Java 6 documentation here. The Oracle site is often much slower than Sun was, so many of us download and unzip a copy; I can't seem to find where the download link is however.

On the link already given, http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html, I see a section called "Additional Resources", with an item in that section called "Java SE 6 Documentation" and it has a button "Download Zip".
