Any tutorial for developing portlets with liferay-ide-eclipse 1.0.1

Hi all,
I am new to portal development.I am using liferay portal 6.0.5 version using Eclipse helios IDE (with liferay plugin).
Can anyone suggest some tutorial for developing portlets using liferay 6.0.5 ( with liferay-ide-eclipse 1.0.1)

I saw the demo video at Developing portalets in liferay IDE. But when I tried to add portlet in step at 2:12 ,by clicking on "more" Only "Loading.." message keeps on displaying.
Any idea?

I got the solution at webpage.But I still have to try it.

My problem got solved after downloading the patches as suggested by the site.

But I am still looking for some good study material/tutorial for liferay portlet development using liferay eclipse ide for liferay version 6.0.5.
