Printing the Style Guide

Can the Style Guide be put into a .pdf file so that it can be downloaded and printed? It's a lot easier reference it that way rather than to flip back and forth between screens.

We actually do have printable version. However, when Jim and Paul updated the current web version, they didn't update the printable version. It's html, not pdf, but, oh well. I'll try to get that done soon, perhaps this weekend.

At any rate, the long version at least has everything on one page. Not great for printing because of the sidebar, however.
