How can I disable the task manager in windows? I don't know how to do this.please help me.

Sounds like a rather underhand thing to want to do, and thankfully can't be done in Java.

Sounds like a reasonable thing to do from a system administrator's point of view. Simple users shouldn't be able to terminate processes whenever they feel like it.
