I have some problems with weblogic 8.1, when I start server the console throws that error

I searched in the forum this problem and I read that is a classpath problem but in my .war I have this structure.

-XXX
-WEB-INF
-lib
-log4j-1.2.14

Application runs until I tray to log in and then throws

Thanks for your help

Welcome to the JavaRanch.
The Log4J JAR file has to be somewhere the classloader can find it. Since you have a WAR file, the most likely place for it is in WEB-INF/lib
