Dear all,
I am glad to inform you that i have passed SCWCD5 with a score of 98%.
Thank you all ranchers for providing best information regarding the certification exam!
I am working full-time as a Software Engineer and spent 2 hours on weekdays and 5-6 hours on weekends.
My preparation for this exam,
I have completed the HFJS book 3 times and coffee mock exam for real test and review purpose.
All together took more than 2 months for me. Followed SCWCD links to review APIs and JSRs, and other materials.
Followed each forum on this website for errors in HFJS book Q & As and problems as i was little weak in understanding of the EL section.I tried each program or code using eclipse and tomcat 5.5.
I found real exam tough for EL Objectives and otherwise overall exam was ok.
Once again, Thank you all for your support!
What is next? may be SCBCD but i have not decided yet!

Congrats for such a good score
Now, I have a query, I passed my scwcd 1.5 exam on 7th Sep,10 but on logging into the certmanager.net/sun i cant find my status as certified in SCWCD; though in history section i could see in EVENTS that i have passed the Exam 310-083 and then ENROLLED in "Oracle Certified Professional, Java EE 5 Web Component Developer" but its nowhere written certified in SCWCD/ OCWCD. I used the same prometric id for both the scjp i passed earlier n this scwcd, so thats definately not an issue.
Is your account(on certmanager) showing you up as certified or you are also facing the same trouble?
Kindly help me.
