hi ranchers
is it possible to buy an exam voucher for SCWCD5 by sending money to their account directly and without credit card because such things as credit card, visa card, etc are not available in my county. and if it is possible i can't see any information about their account in Oracle's site.
your advice means a lot to me

You don't need to buy a Voucher - pay directly to your prometric test center.

hi Devaka
due to the same reason(unavailability of credit card etc) they say, test takers have to buy the voucher by them selves.

There is no need for any credit card as far as I know. You just need to go to your nearest prometric center and pay them and schedule your exam...
