Have you tried the Groovy website? Or searched the web for "Groovy tutorials"? There are hundreds, if not thousands, of available resources.

The IBM DeveloperWorks series (by Scott Davis) on Groovy is pretty good.
I'd also suggest his book "Groovy Recipes: Greasing the Wheels of Java" or Venkat Subramanian's book on Groovy.
