Is this supposed to be funny just because there's an error on a Microsoft website and you expect Microsoft to never show any errors? Or is there some funny error message that I'm overlooking?

I expect Microsoft to never show any errors atleast on there own portal.At least there own portal should not have any defect , we can expect the bugs in OS
