Is this supposed to be funny just because there's an error on a Microsoft website and you expect Microsoft to never show any errors? Or is there some funny error message that I'm overlooking?

So why jumping in joy if it is an error in the OS?
I don't see anyone jumping in joy. The original poster simply finds it surprising. Everyone else seems to find it unremarkable, and wonders what the fuss is about.
