IF the nodes are configured beforehand you can see the nodes in the dropdown listbox. You can add multiple members to a cluster selecting the same name node.

Two things I can suggest you are:
1. Download and read the red book: "Concepts Planning and Design" from ibm.com. The book ref number is sg247708
2. Once you have created your environment. Write Jython scripts so that you can re-create it again for
, UAT, Production etc.
