Hi Everyone!

Recently I had installed 'Eclipse for Java EE Developers' in my laptop(I am using Windows XP). But when ever I run eclipse.exe, the eclipse workspace loading screen pops up and goes away immediately. I have also installed
(1) Java(TM) 6 update 14
(2) Java (TM) SE Development Kit 6 update 14
in my laptop. But no matter how many times I try, the workspace/ eclipse environment never get loaded.

I even tried by creating a new user and launching eclipse from there. But still it is not working. I was thinking that it may be because I am using Netbeans 9 that is causing this problem, so I had removed it, but still no use!

Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks in advance!

Kavya, I asked you several questions, and suggested some things that you could do, about this in another post. Where are the answers to those questions, and results of the suggestions?

Dear All,
First of all, sorry for the delay. I checked for the log file, and then upon a closer look if found a file named hs_err_pid3840.log. Is this the log file that you were referring to? Anyways, I am pasting the contents of that file below:

Thanks once again for all your help!

Please suggest what I must do.

Regards,
Kavya K.R

A JVM crash! My suggestion is to install the latest JDK (you have 6u14, the latest is 6u22).
