Hi Jeanne,
I am not sure if these two books are the same but when I click the Hadoop in Action Link, I get forwarded to IPhone And Ipad in Action, maybe a wrong link or possibly my browser is wrong also.
Anyhow, I am excited to ask question regarding this book.

I read the preview first chapter, and I am impressed. I think your explanations for how Hadoop compares to traditional RDBMSs and the the example massive log file word count and the technical problems you need to solve in order to tackle it are very easy to understand.
