How to change the values in the file (output)

I need to change the values of the output file.. as below


inputfile.txt

c=USA
name=kk
lastname=kumar

outputfile.txt

co=US
name=kk
lastname=kumar

Can anyone tell me how to change the values by using bufferwriter..
