Error adding taglib in web.xml

Hi anyone please provide me solution.

when i add following to web.xml

I think, this old style. May be Eclipse doesn't support that.

how to add taglib to web.xml . how can i use in jsp.

You haven't needed to put taglibs in the web.xml for many years now.

Are you actually unable to use the taglibs? What container are you running?
