Difference between International edition and Indian edition

Hello
I am getting a head first Design Patterns book for RS 1899 (International edition it says)

I am getting a head first design patterns book for RS 325 (Indian Edition by shroff publishers)
here

So what is the difference .

Interntaional edition is printed in US for use in US.
Indian edition is printed in India for use in India.

What is the confusion ?

If you go to a book store in India, you will get Indian edition.
Online you find both.

Contents = EXACTLY THE SAME.
