GVIM on Windows XP problem

I've been using gvim version 7.1 on my PC at work for a long time with no problems. However, somewhere between Friday and Monday it will no longer display the menu or toolbar. I'm assuming that either I fat-fingered something Friday afternoon or a file got corrupted or corporate "updated" something on my machine.

Here's what I've tried:

  • Uninstalling and installing the new 7.3 version. This includes deleting my rc files.

  • Running :set guioptions+=m

Has anyone else run into this?

I've never seen this, so I'm afraid I won 't be of any help.

1. What is the current value of guioptions ? (:set guioptions).
2. You do have menu.vim in the runtime folder, don't you ?
