Well I think the reason , they do not want do it , because it needs extra efforts.
As coderanch is dependent on Jforum

We have spent a lot of effort on adding features to the site that we think have made it better, but this is a feature we think would make the site worse; that's the reason it won't happen.

And no, the site does not depend on JForum. We're not tracking what the JForum folks are doing, so we're free to change the software in whichever way we see fit. (And we do, all the time.)

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
