Eclipse project dependancies

Hello Ranchers
I am trying to deploy 2 separate projects on tomcat within eclipse. I have configured tomcat successfully in eclipse. But when I try to start the server, it gives me exception (ClassNotFound) . The class which it says not found is in other project B (This is a listener class) . Project A is the current project which I am trying to deploy and I have as well set dependacy of project A on B . Still I am getting ClassNotFound exception.
Can anyone please tell me how to deal with this ?Both project A and B are dynamic web projects. I addition to this can anyone tell me is this ok to have both the projects as "dynamic web projects" considering the fact that I want to deploy only project A on tomcat which is dependant on project B
