I am in PA,USA. Buying online is an option but the shipping is costlier than book price (eBay). so I am looking for a place where I can go and buy it in person. Something similar to farmers' market.

Books on the Kindle have free shipping. ;)

Where I live, we have a lot of used book stores as well as Barnes & Noble, Borders, and Walden's Books. Are you saying none of those options are available where you live? You're question is rather vague and void of details.

Here outside Washington DC, we have used book stores. I'm not sure I'd go so far as to say "lots" but they are enough. None of them are chain stores, and most do not have much business, so I'm sure that they don't have a lot of advertising. So ask a local. My favorite is called "Hole in the wall books"
