what is importance of certifications to company? If I will do SCJP, SCWCD, SCBCD, SCEA certifications, will I be able to work with XXX?

Certification is for personal achievement. It can build your confidence and help you in job interviews, etc. It shows that you have taken the initiative to learn, research, practice, etc. Certifications alone not enough to succeed in your career.
