I am about to work with tabs for some of my pages. I noticed in some examples that they used struts-layout tags. Is this the best/simple way to go about working with tags?

Also where can i download the struts-layout.tld from? i downloaded the tags library from jakarta apache website (struts-1.2.7-lib.zip) and it was not there. Did i download the wrong stuff ?

Struts-layout is not part of the core struts download, but is a separate project which you must download separately.
