automatic display of the java list on mouseover an image

may i know how to display a java list objects/ values when mouse over on an image using AJAX?

You want to list them as a <ul> element? You didn't say. Please TellTheDetails.

If so, easiest way would be with the jQuery .load() method.



Have the response return the HTML for the list.

Done.

for example: my plan is to display around 20 to 30 menu list values horizontally (unlike below site menu displays it's values in a column)

Horizontally? It'd be a pain of it gets wider than the page.

In any case, what I posted is completely valid. The rest is just CSS.

As in the image attachement, when i mouse over the destinations i should be able to display the links inside it.

can we do it through Jquery?
