Hi, How to understand the following toHexString and toOctalString methods(). Please advice

toHexString simply converts an integer into its hexadecimal string representation. toOctalString does the same thing, except the representation is octal, not hexadecimal.

If you do not understand what this means, look up what numeral system and radix are.

The mind is a strange and wonderful thing. I'm not sure that it will ever be able to figure itself out, everything else, maybe. From the atom to the universe, everything, except itself.
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
