specifying XHTML strict DOCTYPE

Hi guys,

I need to specify XHTML String DOCTYPE for my project (Portal 10.3.2).
The problem is that I'm getting SCRIPT tags closed twice like this:

<script src="/Test/framework/skeletons/bighorn/js/util.js" type="text/javascript"/></script>

Does it have to do something with <skeleton:contentTypeMeta/>, <skeleton:children/> tags?

Is there a good reference for skeleton tags?

Thank you,
Denis
