What is whizlabs? How long did you prepare before this and what were your marks in the mocktests?

I did some mocks and got approx 75%. The problem is we have lot of mocks and I don't know which one is up to date and which is the most similar to the exam.

Here is my grade:

Declarations, Initialization and Scoping: 30%
Flow Control 45%
API Contents 57%
Concurrency 40%
OO Concepts 20%
Collections / Generics 0%
Fundamentals 55%

this is not the problem, the main thing is how much yo able to learnt and grab the concept from each question you do.
try to twist the code 2-3 every-time you see some new thing in mocks and make it compile and or you can also write it down and make a note of it.

you can learn well from your grades, you got 0 in generics which is one of most imp. chapter comprises many questions.
work on your weak areas where you scored less.
IMHO,No need to buy any mocks, free mocks are available and are more than enough for practice-examlab,javachamp,certpal,nikos java blog, javabeat, last but not the least try the kathy siera book three master exams too.

Did you go through Kathy Sierra and Bert Bates?
It's the best book for SCJP, if you didn't read it this time and try to make a note of important points-it helps a lot.
Prepare well and go with a fresh mind.

All the very best for your next try.

Leandro,

I'm sorry to hear that you failed...

As you can see from the report, you should read more about Generics and Collections. These topics were added / updated with SCJP 5.0, and not changed in SCJP 6.0

The best book for SCJP 6 is "K&B" -- the one by Kathy Sierra and Bert Bates, you could grab it in your local library and read once or twice.

Don't give up and good luck with your next try.

Best regards,
MZ
