I'm looking for a reader I can connect to my PC / Mac that will read very small scandisk flash drives. I don't know anything about it other than the picture I am showing. I've placed it next to a guitar pic to show scale.

You can get a dedicated reader really cheaply, or go for one of the more advanced models that handles many formats

Search for "usb micro sd reader" or something like that. Amazon has some models from Kingston at around $20.
