Need to add quotes to Param String using jstl

I have a parameter that I need to add quotes to so it will be passed as string rather than an integer. Is there a way to add quotes to a param value. I am trying to pass this to a stored procedure but without the quotes it is treating the param as an integer and throwing an error because it has an alpha character.

All request parameters are passed as strings.

Yes, it will pass the parameters as String Only.

if you want to include quotes then you can add \" , that will add quotes to your string.
