Assessing nested objects in datagrid

Inside my datagrid I am able to do the following

<mx:DataGridColumn headerText="StudentName" dataField="student.studentName"/>

but I am unable to do the following

<mx:DataGridColumn headerText="Permanent Zipcode" dataField="address[0].zipcode" />	
<mx:DataGridColumn headerText="Current Zipcode" dataField="address[1].zipcode" />

Basically I am able to display data from an arraycollection which again contains an object but I am not able to display if the object is again an array.

Is there a way to do that other than using action script ?
