problem when click on tomcat startup batch file

I am having some problem when I click on tomcat startup batch file.It is showing error like "Windows cannot find '-Djava.endorsed.dirls='Make sure you typed named correctly,and try again.To search for a file ,click start button and then click search.

Can you please help me out.

It is best to execute startup.bat from a command prompt window so you can see all of the results of executing the lines.

How have you defined the environment variable that Tomcat likes to see: JAVA_HOME

Also please state:
1. version of Java
2. operating system
3. version of Tomcat
