Just wondering if I can breathe easily before taking the exam... I did these in 1 1/2 - 2 hours each, so I might score better if taking more time.
Seems to be plenty of time though, you either know the correct answer or you don't...

My test scores;

K&B Master Exam 1: 78%
K&B Master Exam 2: 68%
ExamLab Diagnostic: 63%

I would suggest you to identify the reason for the wrong answers and get to know the correct answer and the reasoning behind the same. This will help you a lot during the actual exam. ExamLab mock exams are usually a bit tougher than the actual exam.

Yes, thanks. I always check if the answers are correct and try to learn what I did wrong... But I'll never get 100% on a mock exams.. If 60% on examLab isn't good enough, what is? 70%? 80%? 90%?

you can never be ready more than this...this is perfect score. if you score 63% on examlab you are scoring 90+ or may be 100 in real exam.

Your scores are very good. But one question, did you give the same mock exams more than once?? If you give the same mock again and again you'll easily score very high on them. Also you can still give other diagnostic and final mocks of Examlab and the 3rd exam of Master Exam, that will give you more practice...

Thanks!
I did the first master exam before yes. ExamLab was for the 1st time.

I already did the 3rd master exam and scored about 60%, don't remember the exact score.

I think I still need some practice with drag&drop questions. Are there many of those on the real exam?

There arent many- might be 3-4. I got few easier questions. You can refer to Head First java for such similar questions.

I don't see Inquisition from MockTest link , http://faq.javaranch.com/java/ScjpMockTests. Can you post the link here ? I did google and saw one but I am not sure if it's the same one. Why isn't Inquisition on the MockTest page ? Thanks.

Oh, thanks. I read somewhere that 1/4 of the questions were drag&drop. Guess not

Inquisition can be downloaded from here. I'll add it to the ScjpMockTests page, someone must have removed it from there...

if you can do whizlabs mock and check your result, if it is up 70% you can take your exam. i think whizlabs the most hard mock to SCJP.

So, when you have finished to answer to the questions in the center , someone send you a letter with the answers or something?

yeah you will get a print out report by exam centre describing the marks percentage you got in each section on the spot.

You don't get the answers, only your score...

I passed the exam today with a score of 76%. Not the greatest score, but at least I passed.

My neighbour decided to redecorate her living room at 4am and woke me up many times through the night so I was really sleepy when taking the test.

I scored 100% on concurrency and only 60% on declarations/initialization/scoping. On the mock exams I did concurrency was my weakest subject and d/i/s my strongest...

One of the questions asked for two answers with only one option selectable. Has anyone else seen this? It was a question on OO principles.
