Of course, going for CBAP certification will be a good option. Though I am not really sure about the kind of experience that you have but I would like to tell you that to sit CBAP examination, you need to have 7500 hours of BA experience over the past 10 years and 900+ hours in at least 4 of the 6 core BABOK® Knowledge Areas. If you satisfy the eligibility criteria, you can go for CBAP training from a good institute which can help you a lot in understanding the concepts so that you'll be able to apply them in your work as well.
