I'm publishing this month's edition of the Journal now...
Hope everyone enjoys it!
You can also find it in the Journal Archive if you miss the mailer.

Good job Janeice! When I got the email, I immediately recognized your name from the WGU software development community. How much more do you have left? I turned in my Capstone a couple of weeks ago and I have officially graduated. Not sure what to do with all this spare time... learn more Java?

I just changed focuses from DB to Software. I have SCJP (Or whatever they call it), Perl, and my capstone left. My capstone is actually going to be a remodel of the Javaranch Bunkhouse... be on the lookout!
Good for you on graduation! I can't wait to not have classwork to do.

Sounds like you're almost done. Perl is a little odd if you're used to Java but the exam isn't as hard as the SCJP. Make sure to speak to Dr. Vance about the capstone. He was very helpful in defining the scope of my project -- it could easily have become too large to manage. Even with a limited scope, my paper was over 50 pages.
Good luck with your studies!
