Can we include iText tags or libraries and use them to render pages in HTML5? We have a front end that is moving to HTML 5 and we have iText which renders PDF versions of documents, would this integration work or is not yet supported?

Thanks

For the moment, there is no HTML5 functionality in iText, but I'm going to Devoxx in a couple of weeks to evaluate the feasibility of an HTML5 renderer.

The previous version -iText 2- had an HTML renderer, which -although not as powerful as the PDF renderer- was usable. The HTML it emitted was a bit dated, though, since the HTML renderer got much less attention than the PDF renderer.

I agree. Here's the link: http://aspose.com/file-tools
