Hi,
In my application i have fetched the data as java.util.List and called in action class . thats working fine. My requirement is to display the values into select box in jsp.

ActionForm class:

Every technology has its own docs. Then what is the use of this forum? I am not asking any code. Docs doesn't contain how to implement it.

The forum is to help you certainly. But you have to help yourself too by putting in some effort. If you had gone through the list of 10-15 tags, you would've seen html:optionsCollection tag...
 
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
