I am using WSAD 5.1.2 for my development purpose. In my project,I am planning to use the Struts framework and the Validator framework for client-side operations.I am keeping the Validator framework xml files into WEB-INF/lib directory. But,while running the application,I am unable to validate using the Validator framework. Please suggest a solution for this. Thanks in advance. Is there any issues related to WSAD?

Just place them in WEB-INF and make sure your struts-config is referencing them. I've never had problems in WSAD with the validation framework.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
