What Muhammad meant is: there is an Android forum on this site where you should have posted this. But it seems a moderator has moved it there already.

Examples of displaying a map on Android given lat/long coordinates are a dime a dozen on the web; you should have no problem finding one if you search for it. The Android SDK even comes with an example of how to do that, and the developer docs explain how to do it.

As to storing something in the Android DB, what do you have so far? Again, the Android SDK comes with example code for that, and the developer docs explain the general principles.
