NetBeans 7.0M2 editor doesn't recognize Java 7 syntax

Hello, everybody!

The NetBeans 7.0M2 editor doesn't recognize Java 7 syntax, even though it is running in a JDK 7 JVM and the Source/Binary Format configuration for the project is set to JDK 7. I tried posting this in the NetBeans forums but the e-mail to confirm my account never arrives to me, even though I created two accounts with two distinct e-mails.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Thank you.

Marcos
