problem while comparing phone numbers inside two different files

where base is file having all numbers and dnd file have numbers to be excluded
i am not able to understand how this program is comparing numbers and whether all numbers in dnd file are compared or not.
only first number is checked in dnd file instead of all new line separated numbers.
can someone help in finding bug???

Haven't gone through it all but you seem to be missing curly braces for while loop so only the first if statement that follows is looped.

You may also try to use your debugger to step in the code to see what's the problem.
