I have a web page which lists down the items/product. If the product is updated in the background like thr other page or a new product is added to the list.

Is there a way, i can update the user page without client doing the refresh.

app is built on struts.

tnx

You can set some JavaScript to send periodic Ajax requests to the server, so you can update your list whenever the server needed to do so. As another method, you can use some comet based pushing technique like Grizzly.
