hi,

I had read that to attempt the scea you need to be scjp+ scdjws ... etc , but while registering on prometric site it allowed me to register without any query regarding my scdjws or other certifications.

I have only done my scjp that also long back 1.2 .

So have the eligiblity criteria changd now there is no need to be scdjws/scwcd/scbcd certificated in order to be SCEA certified. AM i right

You are correct there are currently no pre requisites. Don't know if there ever were.

I just got my SCEA Certification and I'm not SCJP/SCJD - SCEA is my first Sun (now Oracle) Certification
