Have you tried a basic google search or a search on this forum before asking this question?

1. ScbcdLinks
2. SCBCD-Highly-recommended-books

This answers the last question that I asked but what about the question that I had asked in the subject.

Basically my question is which certification will be better to give SCBCD 5.0/Oracle Certified Business Developer or Oracle EJB Developer for JEE 6 or Oracle JPA developer for JEE6?

SCBCD 5.0 and Oracle Certified Business Developer both are same?I mean the preparation goes same right?

Thanks,
Krina

Hi Krina, welcome to ranch
As of now there is no SCBCD5, this has been renamed to OCPBCD5. The exam objectives remain the same. This covers EJB3 and JPA 1 (J2EE5)
Releasing soon (probably Dec 2010) will be 2 exams. One is OCP EJB Developer for J2EE6 (EJB 3.1) and next is OCP JPA Developer for J2EE6 (JPA 2)

You be the judge of which one is most suitable to you. In the current version (J2EE 5) there is no separate exam for JPA and if you want to do OCPBCD5, you need to study EJB3 and JPA1 extensively since the exam objectives cover both.

However if you want to do only the separate JPA exam, wait till Oracle releases the exam (hopefully Dec since the Beta exam was closed in Sep.)

Good luck!
