Unable to download Ivan Krizsan's SCDJWS PDF file.
Getting pdf corrupted and denial by virus scanner. Will appreciate if Ivan or some could point me to the right place so I could download this or email me the pdf document.

Sorry, I do not mail out copies of the study notes.
Please try to disable any anti-virus programs and firewalls before downloading.
Also try to use another browser, i.e. Firefox or Opera instead of the enclosed browser.
As a final resort, try on another machine in another network to make sure that network configuration is not preventing you from downloading the study notes.
