Hi folks,
I have been in the
SCJD forum for a while and not in this forum. But I want to say, that I passed my SCWCD exam on Monday, the 29th of November. I used Head first, which is written in a good way and fullfills all of the requirement of the exam. But it was a lot to know, so I worked through the whole book for 2 times.
And I passed with 51 of 69 questions, which is 73 percent.
This was my third exam in a company program, which startet one year ago. So I first took my
SCJP, them my SCJD and now my SCWCD. And SCWCD is the most work, because you have to burn in a lot of stuff in your brain.
But now, after all these things happen, it is time for a relaxing periode. Next year I probably start with the SCBCD track...
My SCWCD exam was about the whole range of topics in the book, starting from
servlets, over El and jsps up th deployment an security.
Patterns and Folters are also asked.
So in my opinion, Head First is a good training.
So, let me say I'm happy that I got it and I wish you all "Good Luck" out there ...
Kind regards,
Ralf
