While trying to register about a dozen EJBs through a batch script, building the deployment with ant, I receive the error written above pretty consistently.

Can you tell me what might be the problem?

Can you tell us what software is producing that error? If nothing else, that would enable us to move the post to a suitable forum.

The message you are getting is not actually an "error" message. It is an informational message...the server is giving you an "oh, just so you know..." It doesn't necessarily denote any problem. Do you need clustering support? If you do I would refer you here.
